Granada – Spain

Granada has a strategic location in history, located between mountain peaks of Sierra Nevada (the only ski resort in the south of Iberian Peninsula). The most famous attraction here is The Alhambra Palace. It is a stunning complex of palaces and gardens with grand Moorish architecture on a hill close to city centre. It is one of the most visited places in Europe.

There are plenty of more places to discover in Granada: old city, Granada cathedral, Carrera del Darro riverside, Albayzin area, sunset at Mirador de San Nicolas with Alhambra view

South Spain (around Malaga)

Malaga is a preferred travel destination all year around, with mild climate and historical city.
Do not miss the lively Christmas and New Years Eve at Malaga. During early January, temperatures during day time is around 18-20 C degrees and night time is around 10-15 C degrees.

The main street, Calle Larios is wonderful with lights. Every evening at 18:30, there is a light show and music in this street for 15 minutes. At Plaza de la Constitucion, there is live music and count down at New Years midnight.
